Position Summary: The Practice Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our healthcare practice by overseeing both front-office and back-office management, including virtual call center and support services teams. This position collaborates closely with various departments to optimize patient experiences and outcomes while maintaining a high standard of care delivery. The Practice Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies, managing staff, and continuously improving processes to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
 

This role is remote, with established core hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm PST.


Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Team Management: Accountable for the day-to-day management and supervision of ancillary service teams, including staffing, workforce management, and goal achievement.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and manage quality assurance programs to enhance the patient experience and optimize outcomes.
  • Utilization Management: Oversee utilization management functions, including referrals and authorizations, to ensure timely and appropriate care coordination.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data and reporting tools to drive continuous process improvement within the department.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other department leaders to foster cross-functional cooperation and achieve organizational goals.
  • Culture and SOPs: Exemplify company culture and values while designing and implementing standard operating procedures and workflows for the department.
 

    Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management, including front office and back office practice management, call center operations, patient experience, and utilization management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Google Suite applications
  • Superior organizational skills and ability to orchestrate internal and external meetings
  • Strong adaptability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial leader with the flexibility and tenacity to thrive in a dynamic setting
  • Ability to work remotely with excellent connectivity and flexibility
  • Experience in remote healthcare delivery and utilization management
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and compliance
  • Strong clinical expertise and judgment
  • Experience managing and coaching medical assistant teams
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with clinical teams

What We Offer:

  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
