About the job
As an Intake Coordinator, you will support the community sales team by ensuring efficient and accurate enrollment processes. You will act as a key liaison between the field sales team and other departments, enabling smooth communication and timely referrals. Your ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and service will be vital in helping our team grow and succeed.
What you’ll do
- Serve as an enablement resource focused on improving the community sales process.
- Process inbound referrals from the field sales team in real time, facilitating smooth and timely enrollments.
- Represent Vynca by communicating effectively with potential new patients, assisting them in the enrollment process for our services.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of inbound community referrals.
- Manage multiple aspects of the enrollment process, including verifying patient eligibility, gathering necessary enrollment information, consents, and scheduling.
- Submit authorizations as necessary for patient enrollment.
- Act as a bridge between the field sales team and other departments involved in the enrollment process (Ops, RCM, Clinical, etc.).
- Provide accurate and real-time reports to leadership on enrollment and sales metrics.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and the continued growth of Vynca.
Your experience and qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administration, or enablement role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in reporting and documentation.
- Comfortable interacting with various teams and departments, including sales, operations, and clinical teams.
- Previous experience working with CRM systems or other sales-related tools.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay Range: $24-$26/hr, based on factors such as experience, skills, location, company needs, and market demands.
